How to measure your window
Measure wrong and the screen will not seat — this is the single biggest cause of returns. Five minutes here saves a remake.
Measure the opening
Measure the channel the screen sits inside, not the glass. Three readings for width, three for height.
Use the smallest
Old frames settle and bow. The smallest reading is the one that lets the screen drop in without buckling.
Round down
Go to the nearest 1/16 inch so the frame fits comfortably inside the channel.
Send it to us
Width × height plus a photo of the corner, and we will confirm before we cut.
Most openings are not perfectly square — that is normal. Tell us the smallest width and smallest height and we cut to those, so the screen always fits rather than fighting the frame.
