Screens that fit the opening you actually have.
Windows, doors, RVs, campervans and screen rooms. Pick your mesh, pick how it opens — velcro, zip or magnetic — and we build a finished screen to your exact size. No hardware-store guessing.
One screen, every opening — see the applications.
Our made-to-measure build works anywhere you need airflow without the bugs. Pick a scene below to see real examples and the opening styles that fit it best.
Home & Windows
Double-hung, casement, sliding or shaped. We match the frame colour and cut to the opening, not the shelf size.

Every conversion has a different opening — standard sizes don’t exist. Send us the shape, we build the screen.
Van-life screens →Commercial & Bulk
Hotels, workshops and factories ordering many openings at once — one spec, cut and shipped as a batch.
Bulk & contract →Kitchen & Storage
Cabinets, pantries and storerooms that need to breathe but stay pest-free. Small openings, custom-fit.
Pantry & storage →Pet Doors & Screens
Let the dog in and out, keep the flies out. A mesh panel with a pet flap built to your door — cat flaps too.
Pet screens →Patios & Porches
Turn a porch or awning into a bug-free screen room — large panels, zipped sections, roll-up when you want the air.
Screen rooms →Three ways to open and close — pick what fits the opening.
Every screen is built around one of three opening styles. The style decides how you pass through, how it seals, and where it works best.
Sticks on, lifts off
A whole mesh panel backed by velcro tape around the frame. No moving parts, no gaps. Lift the entire screen off to clean, then press it back on.
Best for: Windows & fixed openings where you rarely need to pass through.
Pass through, zip shut
A sewn-in zip opens a doorway in the screen so you can step through. Choose single, double (open from both sides), triple, or a U-shape that wraps a corner.
Best for: Doors, RV & campervan openings — anywhere you go in and out.
Snaps shut behind you
Two mesh halves meet at a row of magnetic strips. Walk through hands-free and the seam pulls itself closed. Requires a fairly flat, aligned frame to seal well.
Best for: Doors and high-traffic walk-throughs.
The mesh that doesn’t smell like a hardware store.
We build with polypropylene (PP) fibre mesh — the material we’ve found best suited to everyday window and door screens. It’s odour-free out of the box, where conventional fibreglass mesh carries that PVC-coating smell, especially once the sun hits it.
- Odour-free — no off-gassing when it arrives or in the sun
- Outlasts conventional fibreglass in everyday use
- Tighter weave holds back dust as well as insects
- A finer “dust-control” weave available for pollen-heavy homes
| Mesh | Odour | Durability | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| PP fibre (ours) | Odour-free | High | Everyday windows & doors |
| Fibreglass | Noticeable coating smell | Moderate | Cheap standard sizes |
| Polyester cloth | Low | Ages / weakens | Rarely recommended |
Made-to-measure screens in the wild.
From a single kitchen window to a 40-room hotel contract — same build, cut to each opening. A few we’ve done.
A kitchen window that finally keeps flies out
The rental’s kitchen window had no screen. We built a velcro-edge PP panel to the exact 31½×22″ opening — she cooks now without the swatting.
→ Home & windowsPantry moths, solved
A home baker’s dry-goods cabinet kept attracting pantry moths. A custom mesh panel on the cabinet front lets it breathe while sealing the gap.
→ Kitchen & storage40 rooms, one spec
A boutique hotel needed insect screens for 40 identical casement windows. We cut all 40 to the same made-to-measure template and shipped as a batch.
→ Commercial & bulkA workshop that could breathe
A small workshop’s roll-up door pulled in flies all summer. A bulk magnetic-seam screen let forklifts pass through and sealed behind them.
→ Commercial & bulkA door screen that fits the conversion
Off-the-shelf RV screen doors don’t exist for his build. We built one to his drawing — zip-open, magnetic-seal, frames matched to the surround.
→ RV & campingBug-free under the awning
A camping awning became a screen room with two custom panels. Zip them shut at night, roll them up by day.
→ RV & campingThe measurement decides if it fits. We make it foolproof.
Take three readings per side and use the smallest — we cut to the exact 1/16 inch. A wrong number is the only thing that turns a finished screen into a returned one, so we walk you through it before you order.
Tell us the opening. We’ll quote it.
No catalogue to browse, no sizes to guess. Send the width and height of your opening, the scene, and how you’d like it to open — we’ll come back with a made-to-measure price.
